This is not true. Both diseases are treated with dopaminergic medication (and especially with the so-called dopamine agonists), but that does not mean that the conditions are the same. In Parkinson's disease, the medicine is taken in much higher doses than in Restless Legs. People with Parkinson's have a slightly higher chance of getting Restless Legs symptoms in the course of the disease.
